Once a package has been confirmed as delivered, at the address you provided at time of order, we are no longer responsible for the package/items inside of the package.

We do not offer returns/exchanges if the product did not fit. Please ask for a sizing chart if you are unsure of the item size.
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. After you receive your tracking number, please allow 3-5 days for the status of your shipment to be updated. This depends on the efficiency of responsible post offices.
We have a 3 day processing time after your order is placed. Therefore you will only receive the tracking information after the processing period. This 3 day processing time is included from our delivery time.
- Your order may be divided into parts and shipped as separate packages with different tracking numbers.
- Delays are normal for worldwide shipping since different countries bound to have their own, strict rules of customs. So please allow up to 4 weeks until delivery. Please commit to shipping time before ordering.
- Before contacting us, check with your local post office first and provide them with the given tracking number. Unfortunately, we do not have any more information than you do once an item is shipped. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact your local post office and give them the tracking number. They might have the answers better than we do since they are the one doing the delivery. We will happily assist you with this process if there are any confusions.
